This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Blur (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our AI-assisted photo-editing tools.
2. Photos You Select
The App may let you select an image or capture a new photo to use features such as blur, background blur, sharpening, unblurring, enhancement, restoration, noise reduction, and colorization.
We process only the photos you choose. You retain ownership of your original photos and edited results.
3. Image Processing
Depending on the feature and app configuration, processing may occur on your device or through a remote processing service. When remote processing is required, the selected image is transmitted only to complete the editing action you requested.
Your photos are not sold or used for advertising. Temporary processing files are removed when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to technical and legal requirements.
4. Information We May Collect
- Device and diagnostics: device type, operating-system version, app version, language, crash reports, and error logs.
- Usage information: feature interactions, session activity, performance data, and processing success or failure.
- Support information: your email address, message, and attachments when you contact us.
- Purchase information: subscription or purchase status supplied by the relevant app marketplace. We do not store complete payment-card details.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide the photo-editing feature you select.
- To save or export edited images when requested.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
- To manage subscriptions or purchases where applicable.
- To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
6. Permissions
- Photos or media: to select images and save edited results.
- Camera: to capture a new image when you choose that feature.
- Storage: where required by the operating system.
- Internet: for remote processing, analytics, advertisements, purchases, or other online features where enabled.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use providers for hosting, processing, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, customer support, and purchase management. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

8. Advertising

We may share limited information with service providers working for us, when you use a sharing feature, to address security or misuse, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your selected photographs.
10. Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Photos stored locally remain on your device until you delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. You may also manage permissions and advertising choices in your device settings.
